The Kraken Scorpion Orange, a variant of the Kraken Scorpion, originates from the United States, bred by Mike Hess. This strain emerged from a cross between a Chocolate Scorpion and Bhut Jolokia Carbon, yielding a distinctive orange phenotype. Renowned for its prolific yield, this chilli boasts thin-walled, crunchy pods that transition from green to a vibrant orange upon ripening. Its flavour, characterised by a delightful sweetness and fruitiness, sets it apart with a unique absence of typical scorpion or Bhut Jolokia notes.
