The Brazilian Starfish Chilli is a stunning Baccatum variety from Brazil. If you like the different-looking chilli varieties the Starfish is one to get. It loves growing in the ground with 50/50 sun and shade. Scoring between 30,000 and 60,000 on the Scoville scale, this pepper falls into the “Medium Hot” category, contributing a flavourful kick to dishes without overwhelming the palate. It is an amazing producer of uniquely shaped pods resembling a Starfish.
Chilli 2: Aji Melocoton
Aji Melocoton is from Peru and is a very flavourful chilli pepper with a tropical taste. It’s a Baccatum variety and you will get lots of beautiful peach-coloured pods. On the Scoville scale, the Aji Melocoton ranges between 50,000 to 100,000, placing it in the “Mild Hot” category. The pods start white and then creamy. After that, they get a pink tinge and start to change to a beautiful peach colour. These peppers are known for their distinct peach-like colour, resembling small lanterns.
Chilli 3: White Chupetinho
The White Chupetinho Chilli is a beautiful and rare chilli pepper from Brazil. On the Scoville scale, the White Chupetinho Chilli falls within the range of 50,000 to 100,000, making it notably hot. A beautiful looking chilli variety with heaps of drop-shaped pods. The pods start a light lime green, then change to a creamy white. You get an instant burst of flavour; both sweet and fruity, plus a light Chinese flavour. These peppers showcase a small, elongated shape with a bright white colour.

Aji Panca is a fantastic mild chilli pepper with berry sweetness and a slightly rich smoky flavour. It originates from Peru and is frequently used in Peruvian cuisine. Scoring between 2,500 to 10,000 on the Scoville scale, this pepper falls into the mild heat category. Its balanced spiciness makes it a versatile ingredient that enhances flavours without overpowering them. The Aji Panca pepper presents itself with a deep red colour, often wrinkled and dried, delivering a unique smoky taste.

Tap de Corti Chilli is a mild delicious chilli variety from sunny Mallorca in Spain. All in all a rare great producing chilli variety, easy to grow and worth growing. With its great flavour and mild heat level a great choice for those not into hot peppers. On the Scoville scale, the Tap De Corti Chilli falls within the range of 100,000 to 300,000. The peppers of Tap De Corti Chilli are small, elongated, and vividly coloured, typically displaying shades of red or orange.
