Rocoto Chilli Jam

When we first tried the Aji Oro Rocoto, we just knew we had to make a chilli jam with this amazing chilli. With the right amount of chilli, so it compliments the flavour perfectly.
This chilli is a C. Pubescens variety and it has a different and very pleasant burn compared to other chilli varieties.
This jam is outstanding and takes cheese to a new level. Try it with Brie or Camembert. Another fantastic way to use this jam is with ice cream. The heat of the jam combined with the smooth coolness of the ice cream is absolutely mind blowing. Try it on a freshly baked scones with whipped cream, and you won’t be able to stop eating.
