Duemila Chilli, named after the Italian word for “2000,” is a prolific plant with an appearance resembling a miniature olive tree. Reaching over a meter in pots, it grows larger when planted in the ground. Sturdy and solid, Duemila requires staking once it pods up. The branches are filled with hundreds of 2cm long, 1cm wide upward-pointing pods. Initially green, then turning blackish, they mature into vibrant red, resembling olives.
