NagaKarry Hot Sauce
“A delicious Chilli Sauce for everyone”
A chilli sauce should not only be about the HEAT and therefore we always do our best to create the perfect blend of flavour and heat. Charlotte created this flavoursome chilli sauce from the Nagabon chilli together with lots of apples and spices.
As a result, this sauce is one anyone can handle without having their face melted off. The name is a combination of the name of the chilli and the danish word for curry (Karry). Giving the name a touch of Charlotte’s Danish background.
It is mild in relation to our other sauces, but you will get a little kick from the chilli combined with a burst of flavour. This sauce is so good, you have to try it to believe it.
Ingredients: Sultanas, Apples, Vinegar, Sugar, Capsicum, Onion, Curry, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard, Nagabon Jolokia and other spices.
This sauce is addictive and seriously good with fish & chips, chicken, pizza, as a hot dog sauce, or if you want that curry flavour with a little bite.

So tasty. Works great with fish and chips. Or potato gems. Yummy. A staple in our household.
Curry notes rather than sizzling chilli heat. Suitable for most palates that aren’t stuck on meat and 3 veg. It’ll liven them up nicely if that’s the way you roll.

A one of a kind sauce. Well balanced heat with a sweet curry flavour that was a hit with the family. Went well as a baste on chicken kebabs, as well as a sauce on hot chips and also mixed into egg salad for sandwiches. Be warned- the bottle won’t last long it tastes that good! 🙂
