Robert Banks –
My favourite hot sauce from Neil and Charlotte. Gives immediate burn that mellows the pallet.
Almost like a salsa in a bottle

This one is one of the quickest sauces to disappear, it needs to come in at least 1L bottles. While it is very mild, the taste is so amazing that the food becomes a condiment! The food compliments this sauce, not the other way around, although you can also safely have it on its own.
