6. Shipping Policy
We endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours on business days. For orders of chilli seeds, they are dispatched in an anonymous envelope with an economy airmail stamp, which unfortunately does not offer tracking. If you require tracking or shipment insurance, please contact us before placing your order. We are not liable for delivery times or lost orders once dispatched. Should orders be returned due to restrictions in your country, we will hold the order and resend it once restrictions are lifted. Refunds will not be provided in such circumstances.
7. Shipping Seeds
For Australian orders, we are not responsible for delivery times, damaged, or lost seeds once they leave our premises.
For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring that the importation of chilli seeds complies with your local customs laws. We do not accept liability for customs duties, import taxes, or for the loss or damage of seeds during shipping. By placing an order, you confirm that a Phytosanitary Certificate is not required for the importation of chilli seeds into your country.
8. Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds for Non-Seed Products:
We offer refunds or exchanges for non-seed products returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using registered post for returns.
In the event that sauce bottles are damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence via email, and we will arrange a replacement. The return of damaged goods is not required.
Refunds for Chilli Seeds:
Due to the numerous variables involved in gardening, we do not offer refunds or replacements for chilli seeds. While we guarantee that our seeds are fresh, we cannot control factors such as temperature, moisture, and sunlight that affect germination. We are available to provide guidance on seed germination if needed.
9. Specific Warnings
Our products, particularly sauces, are intended for consumers with a high tolerance for spicy foods. We disclaim all liability for any adverse effects, including but not limited to loss of taste, numbness, stomach discomfort, or other digestive issues.
