This response will increase the blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugars and fats in order to supply the body with extra energy. It will increase the muscle tension in order to provide the body with extra speed and strength.

An interesting study about weight loss and chilli has shown, that by eating chilli and medium-chain triglycerides (Coconut oil & palm oil) every day, will boost your metabolism.

Researchers have found that the heat generated by chilli can actually speed up your metabolism and oxidize layers of fat.
