Stuffed Sweet Yellow Peppers

1-2  giant mushrooms, 6-8  sweet yellow chilli peppers, 1 can of mixed beans, Danish feta, shredded tasty cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper peppersmoke naga powder.

How to:

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Sautee the mushrooms in olive oil.  Add the beans, salt, pepper pepper and smokes naga powder along the mushrooms and fry for a bit longer.

After 5 minutes, crank down the heat to the pan and add the Danish feta. Turn around until the feta is almost melted. Spread the filling in the half chillies and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees, then grilled until the cheese is light brown.

Cook time: 25  minutes

Total time: 45  minutes

12-16 jalapeno peppers

Danish Feta

Shredded tasty cheese


Cut the tops off the jalapeño poppers and core them removing all the seeds.

Fill the peppers with the feta and shredded cheese. Pack each pepper in aluminium foil.

Oven instructions: Bake for 20 minutes in preheated own 175 g  until the peppers soften.
