Yellow Siam Chilli is a beautiful Capsicum Annuum variety from Thailand. This is a plant that keeps producing, with this variety in your garden, you will never run out of chillies. This variety is a bushy plant that grows up to 1 meter tall, bearing pendant type of chillies.
The fruits colour go from green turning to bright golden yellow. The pods are 6-7 cm long, blunt ended with an upper mid heat. Used in Indonesian and Chinese cooking, ideal for adding colour and heat to any dish.
This chilli would also be great for dehydrating to powder and make your very own chilli spice.
