Description
Pusa Jwala
Capsicum Annuum
Pusa Jwala is from India. This is the most popular chilli grown in India and is also known the Finger Hot Pepper. The plant grows to about 50 cm in a pot and would grow bigger, if you plant it in the ground.
When it pods up the plant fills with heaps of 10 cm long wrinkled chillies. They start off green and turn a bright red on maturity. The Pusa Jwala has a really nice apple like taste and a great burn. Excellent either fresh or dried. A must addition to any Indian meal. We highly recommend this chilli plant.
Flavour wise: Lite apple flavour
Heat Level: Upper mid heat
