Chilli Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful chilli plants you can grow. It stands out with the black foliage and bright red pods. The leaves start green and then turn black and it has gorgeous purple flowers. It is a top European industry award winner, often used as a landscape feature in pots or multi-planted in garden beds as a border hedge. You will find it very easy to grow and maintain. Grow it in a pot and it will look outstanding on the patio.
The shiny black fruits mature to a dark red colour and these are very hot. They will add some fire and colour to the food you serve.

I absolutely love this chilli! It’s not that hot, kinda sweet. Unique flavor from most of what I’d tried but also not just out of this world different. The plant is usually straight dang BLACK. The darkest leafed plant I’ve ever grown. When the fruits ripen fully theyre almost NEON RED, just GLOWING! They make a DIVINE powder and are good on and in anything! Thank yall! Love it! Imma keep him forever! <3
